Meet our Chief Intellectual Assistant!

Kaylee Salt is TaylorMade Analytics’ CIA, who does everything to give Dr. T the capacity to be her most intellectual self.

While completing her Master of Science in Psychological Sciences, Kaylee met Dr. T who mentored her in research and data analytics. During this time, Kaylee was a teaching assistant for a research methods course where she was able to use the knowledge and skills learned through this mentorship and years of academia to help students succeed in their own endeavors. Kaylee and Dr. T also learned they made a great team who constantly bounce ideas off each other and decided to bring this dynamic to TaylorMade Analytics. Kaylee’s goal is to help community members succeed and reach their research and data potential, using integrity, approachability, and authenticity, as Dr. T helped her to do. She has a passion for leadership, books, travel, and people. When she is not helping Dr. T, you can find her engaging in activities that incorporate one or more of these.
