This week, we are looking at how cognitive biases shape how we see the world and decide what’s true. While these mental shortcuts help us process information quickly, they can also lead us astray.
That’s why the theory–data cycle is so important! By testing ideas with data and revisiting them over time, science helps reduce individual bias and move us closer to understanding. After all, a scientific mindset is about curiosity, evidence, and being open to change.
